All prices are shown in Norwegian Krone (NOK) Including VAT of 25%. Delivery charges are shown before confirmation and payment.

We accept VISA Electron, VISA and MasterCard on our website. Secured with SSL certificate. All data is encrypted. We use Stripe for payments.

Delievery

I offer worldwide shipping for all of our products. Charges may vary from region to region, but we try to keep it low as possible. We use postal service as delivery method. 

Orders are normally dispatched as soon products are made. All products are custom made to order and lead time is low as 3-5 working days depending on quantity. 

We do not offer Tax-free shopping. You as customer is obliged to pay customs duties upon delivery. 

If package is damaged upon delivery, you need to take photos, normally 2-3 and add a short description of what happened, send it to us via e-mail or chat on j-leather.com. We will then inquire with delivery company. 

I offer tracked parcel only due to high value of the parcel.  

Delay may occur by 3rd party during which we dont take any responsibility for.

I ship via Norwegian Post. All shipping in Norway is free of shipping charges. I select the cheapest option with tracking to keep costs down. Sometimes I choose to deliver by my self. 

Customers in Europe and Rest of the World
I ship via Norwegian Post. I select the cheapest tracked parcel option to ensure the safety.

Act of cancellation gives you right to regret your purchase. We offer 14 days money-back guarantee after delivery.

Regret of purchase is valid when product is returned in same condition as it was delivered. We need a message upon returning to approve. 

All shipping costs on returns must be covered by buyer. We will return your purchased product amount within 30 days in NOK to your Norwegian bank account when package is recieved by us.
